1. Scope and Contracting Party

These terms govern use of the RepNation platform between users and Bernardo Bauer.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

Users must provide truthful registration information, keep credentials confidential, and be legally capable to use this service.

3. Platform Services

RepNation allows users to create competitions, submit scores, upload videos, and display rankings. Availability may vary due to maintenance and updates.

4. User Content, Rights and Licenses

Users remain rights holders of uploaded content but grant RepNation a non-exclusive license to host, process, and display content for platform operation.

5. Competition Rules and Fair Play

Competition owners define rules and standards. Participants must submit truthful results and may be required to provide video proof. Fraud can lead to disqualification.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Cheating, harassment, hate speech, illegal content, spam, account abuse, and copyright infringements are prohibited.

7. Moderation and Enforcement

We may remove content, invalidate submissions, restrict features, or suspend accounts if terms or laws are violated.

8. Termination and Deletion

Users can stop using the service at any time. We may terminate for cause. Certain data may be retained where legally required.

9. Warranty and Liability

The service is provided "as available". Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence where legally permissible, without limiting mandatory statutory rights.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms for legal or operational reasons. Material changes will be communicated in a reasonable manner.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Austrian law applies unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. Place of jurisdiction is Vienna where legally permissible.
